Upcoming Events: Paper Shredding and Safety Vest Sales

Tax Season is ending, and it’s time to shred all those extra documents that you don’t want, don’t need, and don’t want to simply throw in the trash, so take advantage of Providence Plantation HOA’s free shredding event.

The PROVIDENCE PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION has hired Proshed to shred your documents while you wait on MAY 18, 2019 from 1 PM to 3 PM on Bee Tree Circle. Free to HOA Members, $10 charge for non-members. Documents you may want to shred include: Credit Card statements, Bank Account Statements, Pay stubs, Tax Records, and Invoices/Receipts.

You can bring up to 2 banker’s size boxes of documents per family. No need to remove staples or paperclips, and you can shred envelopes and folders as well as papers.

As part of our Providence Plantation Community Safety Program, at our SHREDDING EVENT the PPHOA WILL TAKE ORDERS for BRIGHT COLORED, HIGH VISIBILITY SAFETY VESTS, adults & children in sizes ranging from Small to 4XL, for $10 per vest.

Reflective safety gear is designed to catch the driver’s eye when approaching you- – day or night. Take advantage of this easy way to purchase safety vests.
Yes indeed, PPHOA’s SHREDDING EVENT AND SAFETY VEST SALE is the same day as the Pineapple Dash, but it is later in the day so you’ll have plenty of time to participate in the race, bring your documents to be shredded, AND ORDER SAFETY VESTS FOR YOUR FAMILY.
