As you may already be aware, our firm represents C Investments 2, LLC (the “Petitioner”) in its proposal to rezone approximately 14 acres located on the east side of Providence Road, north side of Country Lane, and south side of Kuykendall Road. The Petitioner is requesting a rezoning from the N-1A zoning district to the N1-F and N2-C(CD) zoning districts to accommodate its residential development plans. A property map is included for your reference. We previously held an informal outreach meeting for neighbors in January 2023 for this property, prior to filing the rezoning request. The official community meeting was held on Monday, November 6, 2023. The purpose of this community meeting is to discuss the completed traffic impact study and current rezoning plan.
