Although our HOA is voluntary, abiding by the Covenants Codes and Restrictions is NOT.

Every home in our community has restrictions recorded with the register of deeds. There are over 30 sets of CCR’s governing different sections of the neighborhood.

BEFORE putting up that fence, putting in that pool, building that secondary building, thinking you need a chicken coop, knocking down a house and building a new one, parking that RV, or pretty much any significant change or addition you are considering, PLEASE review the correct CCR’s for clarification.
